Josh Borrow

I am excited to share that I will be joining my friends Jason Birchmeier and Rocky Cummins as part of the ownership team of the IAA. Since Jason and Rocky acquired the IAA in 2024, I have worked closely with them to help develop score-tracking systems, shooter IDs, and new initiatives aimed at strengthening and modernizing the organization.

As an owner, my goal is to help continue moving the IAA forward by applying my education and business management experience to drive meaningful improvements. By evaluating data and listening to archer feedback, I hope to support sustainable growth and enhance the overall experience for our members and competitors.

Archery has been a passion of mine since the age of 12, when I received my first Darton bow and promptly air-mailed an arrow over a doe in Baldwin, Michigan. That moment sparked a lifelong obsession with hunting, which has since taken me across multiple states in pursuit of a variety of animals and unforgettable adventures. From ages 14–18, I competed in MYHEC challenges, and more recently became involved in competitive archery to further refine my skills behind the bow.

Over the past several years of competing, I’ve met many great people and built lasting friendships within the archery community. Rocky and Jason have both played a significant role in my development as an archer, and I am grateful for their mentorship. As part of the IAA leadership team, I hope to help create similar opportunities and successes for others.

I am especially grateful for the friends who have become like family, as well as for the unwavering support of my wonderful wife and daughter throughout this journey.

I’m looking forward to the upcoming seasons and the launch of our new trail series. I hope to see you on the range, and I am always available for any questions, ideas, or concerns.

Thank you,
Josh Borrow
